Below are the general qualifications we are looking for in the employees we hire.

INSTALLER'S HELPER: Must have six months of experience installing commercial and/or residential HVAC systems. Must have at a minimum, basic sheet metal hand tools, tool belt and cordless drill. This position does not include a company vehicle.

JOURNEYMAN INSTALLER: Must have several years of experience installing light commercial and residential HVAC systems. Must have worked as the lead person on these systems. Must have all the hand and power tools generally required at the job site. This position usually includes a company vehicle.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN: Must have at least one year of HVAC service technician experience in residential and light commercial service work, or have graduated from an HVAC service technician training program. Must have all of the hand tools, meters, and gauges required to accomplish the job. Must be ready to perform residential and commercial repairs with no direct supervision on the job. Technical assistance is available from other members of the company by way of the radio or telephone. This position includes a company vehicle.
